英文摘要：

The rural labor outflow has important influence on the size of grain production. This paper is based on the field in- vestigation of different villages in Hunan, and The results shows that the labor outflow is different for the scale of production of grain, which is favorable to accelerate grain scale for those rural whose food production conditions are relatively better, but it is also necessary for the government to implement the combination of boxing to make the level of scale to reach the ideal state. And the labor outflow does not necessarily promote the size of grain production for those rural whose food production conditions are poor, on the contrary, if not the government＇s perfect supporting measures, labor outflows may inhibit the size of grain production. In order to promote rural labor oi＇derly flow and accelerate moderate scale grain production, in the protec- tion of employment of rural labor force, the government should cultivate occupation farmers and draw up the incentive policy to support the size of grain production, reducing planting cost, enhancing attraction of the scale of grain production.
