基于展成法加工准双曲面齿轮小轮,依据铣刀切齿坐标系及齿面方程,建立了加工准双曲面齿轮小轮的数学模型,推导出了小轮的理论齿面方程。对理论齿面进行离散化,求解出离散点的坐标,将齿面点导入UG中进行齿面造型;根据反共轭原理,求解出与小轮完全共轭的工具轮齿面方程以及齿面点,对之进行三维造型。对三维模型进行运动仿真,通过接触区验证造型的正确性。根据等体积原则,求解出滚轧轮坯。将滚轧模型导入到DEFORM中进行数值模拟,由模拟结果验证加工工艺的可行性,并为后续试验提供理论指导。
Based on generating method machining pinion of hypoid gear, according to the cutting coordi- nate system of milling cutter and tooth surface equation, the mathematical model of machining pinion of hypoid gear is established, the theoretical tooth surface equation of pinion. The theoretical tooth surface is dispersed, the coordinates of the discrete points are solved, the tooth surface points are imported into UG and the modeling of tooth surface is carried out. According to the anti - conjugate principle, the tooth surface equation and tooth surface points of tool gear that fully conjugated with pinion are solved and three dimensional modeling is carried out. The motion simulation of three dimensional model is carried out, through the contact area to verify the correctness of modeling. According to the principle of equal volume, the rolling round billet is solved. Introduced the rolling models into DEFORM to carry out numerical simulation. The feasibility of the processing technology is verified by the simulation result, and theoretical guidance for the follow -up experiment is provided.
