复合材料的耐久性是一个重要的科学和技术问题,其中牵涉的问题很多还都没有得到充分的研究。首先是聚合物本身的稳定性及其影响因素;然后是无机填料和聚合物的相互作用在复合材料的老化过程中的表现,以及无机填料的表面处理对这种相互作用的影响;此外,还需要考虑光氧化降解在空间分布上的不均匀性。本文从这些方面出发,综述了国内外近年来在聚烯烃及其复合材料的光氧老化行为及机理研究方面的进展,着重讨论了工业界常用的普通无机填料填充的高密度聚乙烯体系以及纳米Al2O3、纳米SiO2、纳米CaCO3、纳米TiO2和纳米ZnO填充的聚乙烯和聚丙烯体系。
The durability of polymer composites is of crucial importance, no matter in scientific and technological point of view. Many involved problems are little understood and need thorough research. First is the stability of polymer itself and the key factors. The second is the interaction between inorganic fillers and polymer matrices and its effect on aging behavior of polymer composites. The effect of surface treatments of inorganic fillers on the interaction is also concerned. In addition, the heterogeneity nature of photo-oxidation reaction and the degradation distribution in the composites need careful consideration. In this paper, the current progress in the photo-oxidation degradation behavior and mechanism of polyolefin composites have been reviewed, with an emphasis on HDPE filled with common mineral fillers, PE and PP filled with nano fillers such as Al2O3, SiO2, CaCO3, TiO2 and ZnO.
