耕地是我国宝贵的资源,耕地的集约利用是保障我国国家粮食安全和经济社会发展的必然趋势。以河南省周口市为研究对象,从投入强度、利用效益、耕作状态、持续状况等方面构建耕地集约利用的评价指标体系,采用熵值法与变异系数法对评价指标进行客观组合与赋权,通过突变级数模型定量分析了2000—2013年周口市的耕地集约利用水平,并深入探讨了周口市耕地集约利用的障碍因素。结果表明:研究期内周口市耕地集约利用水平总体呈上升趋势;耕地利用效益、耕作状态、持续状况等方面与耕地集约利用水平的趋势一致,但耕地投入强度总体呈下降趋势;影响周口市的耕地集约利用的主要障碍因素是平衡指数、地均农药、地均劳力、地均产值、劳均产值等。因此,国家应进一步加大对农业的扶植力度,加快现代化农业的建设步伐,提高农业的抗灾能力和生产效益。
Cultivated land was our country's most valuable resource, its intensive use was an inevitable trend to ensure the national food security and economic and social development. By taking Zhoukou City as an example, an evaluation index system of cultivated land was designed, which con- sisted of input intensity, use efficiency, tillage state and continued status. This paper determined the index weight by combination of objective weighting method which combined the entropy method and variation coefficient method. Intensive use of cultivated land in Zhoukou City from 2000 to 2013 was evaluated and its obstacle factors were mmlyzed using catastrophe progression method. The results indicated that during 2000 - 2013, intensive use of cultivated land in Zhoukou City showed an upward trend, use efficiency, tillage state, continued status and intensive use of cultivated land consistent with the trend, but the input intensity showed a fluctuated downward trend. The main obstacle factors influencing the intensive use of cultivated land were the balance index, pesticides per area, labors per area, output per area and output per worker, etc. Thus the state should further increase efforts to support agriculture, accelerate the paces of agricultural modernization construction, improve the production efficiency and anti - disaster ability of agri- culture.
