低碳农业标准化是农业固碳减排,转变农业发展方式,提高农产品质量,增强农业竞争力的有效途径。通过对低碳农业标准化的概念和特征的阐述,较系统地分析了低碳农业标准化发展的有利条件和约束条件,指出生产经营主体追求效益最大化是其发展的内生动力,消费者对农产品质量安全不断增长的需求是其发展的外生动力,政府和社会的支持为其发展提供良好条件;低碳农业标准化发展面临标准制修订、碳锁定、碳汇市场不完善和要素禀赋的约束。在此基础上,提出了我国低碳农业标准化发展的对策。
It's an effective way for low-carbon agricultural standardization to sequestrate and reduce the carbon emission,transform agricultural growth,and improve the quality and competitiveness of agricultural products.This paper concentrates mainly on the basic concept and characteristics of low-carbon agriculture standardization.It provides a systematic analysis of the favorable conditions and restrictive condition of low-carbon agriculture standardization development.Furthermore,it points out that the production operators pursue maximum benefit is the development of endogenous motivation,the growing demand of consumers on the quality and safety of agricultural products is the development of exogenous motivation,the support of government and society provides the good conditions for its development.The low-carbon agriculture standardization development faces with the restraints of standard system revision,carbon locking,carbon sequestration exchange market imperfect and factor endowments.On the basis of these analyses,it puts forward the low-carbon development strategy of agricultural standardization in our country.
