为解决配电网接地故障的定位难题,在分析配电网接地故障行波零模与线模分量传输特性的基础上,提出了一种配电网接地故障定位新方法.该方法采用合适的小波变换标定零线模行波波头,并根据配电网故障行波历史数据拟合零线模时间差与故障距离、零线模时间差与零模波速的对应关系曲线,然后据此关系曲线提出了基于零线模传输时差的故障区段判别方法,最后研究了基于双端行波零模分量的配电网故障精确定位新方法,可在线路接地故障情况下准确判别故障区段并精确计算故障点位置.该方法具有较高的定位准确度,可有效解决配电网接地故障定位难题,仿真分析验证了该方法的有效性和准确性,有望在配电网中得到实际应用.
In order to solve the grounding fault location problem of distribution network, a new fault location method for distribution network is presented, which is based on the analysis of transmission characteristics of zero mode component and aerial mode component of traveling wave in distribution network. Firstly, a wavelet transform is utilized to detect zero mode wave front. The relationship between zero-aerial mode component time difference and fault distance, and the relationship between zero-aerial mode component time difference and zero mode velocity are fitted according to the historical fault data. Then, according to the fitting curve, a fault-section detection method is proposed based on transmission time difference of zero-aerial mode component, and a accurate fault location method is researched based on double-ended zero mode components. Simulation results has proved the proposed method's high accuracy in fault location and effectiveness in solving the grounding fault location problem of distribution network and it is expected to be implemented in real distribution network.
