建立了峰谷分时电价下用户需求响应活动的负荷优化响应模型,给出了模型目标函数中用户的可中断负荷收益与基于负荷转移率的可转移负荷收益表达式,同时给出了峰谷分时电价下用户需求响应活动优化方程的求解方法.分析实例的计算结果表明,用户需求响应活动在消减尖峰负荷、填充谷负荷以及减少用户电费支出方面作用明显.
The demand response optimization model under time-of-use pricing was presented. Its objective function expression included interruptible load benefits and shifting load benefits based on load transfer rate. The solving algorithms of the optimization equation was given. The results of example analysis showed that the demand response actions had remarkable effect in eliminating peak load and filling valley load as well as increasing customer benefits under time-of-use pricing.
