提出了煤矸石处理与利用应遵循减量化排放、再利用、再循环,适宜性、经济高效和环境效益最佳的原则;煤矸石的分类以及物理化学与矿物组分分析是矸石得到合理利用的基础工作,矸石的岩石类型、有机碳含量、全硫含量、Al2O3/SiO2比值、Fe2O3含量及CaO和MgO含量等指标是矸石分类的基础,煤矸石的不同用途对矸石的成分有一定的要求,煤矸石的不同处理与利用方式消耗的资源量(或环境容量)不同,利用处理单位数量的矸石占用的生态足迹及处理利用矸石产生的万元经济效益占用的生态足迹两个指标综合确定徐州矿区煤矸石的合理利用途径,得出徐州矿区发热量达到2100-4200 kJ/kg的矸石发电优于制砖.
Optimum principles we should follow in processing and utilizing coal gangue are proposed, which are discharge reduction, reutilization, recycling, suitability, economic and environment benefit. The classification of coal gangue and analysis of physicochemical property and mineral component are the basic tasks for rationally utilizing the coal gangue. While rock type, organic carbon content, sulfur content, Al2O3/SiO2 ratio, Fe2O3 content, CaO and MgO content etc. are necessary indexes for the classification. Different purposes of using the coal gangue have different requirements in components and different ways of processing and utilizing coal gangue consume different volumes of resources. According two indexes, the ecological footprints occupied in processing a unit volume of coal gangue and the ecological footprints occupied by obtaining per million Yuan of economic benefit, we have found out the rational utilization approach of coal gangue for Xuzhou Mining Area: the economic profit of coal gangues with a heating value of 2 100;4 200 kJ/kg is better in electricity generating than brick making.
