为了解决固定电容器–晶闸管控制电抗器(fixed capacitor & thyristor controlled reactor,FC-TCR)型静止无功补偿装置(static var compensators,SVC)进行不对称负荷动态无功补偿时产生谐波较大的问题,结合周期函数空间的通用功率定义及功率平衡理论,提出了一种计及谐波分量的扩展功率平衡法。同时在控制算法中引入一加权因子,以加权二次型作为目标函数,计算TCR的补偿角度,以达到在基波无功补偿范围内控制注入电网谐波的目的。最后对单机无穷大系统进行了仿真实验。结果表明,该方法能够将基波无功补偿和谐波抑制纳入统一的指标加以考虑,有效抑制了SVC在补偿不对称负荷时向电网注入的谐波含量。
To solve the problem of high harmonic level during dynamic reactive power compensation for asymmetric load by an FC-TCR type of SVC, according to the universal definition of instantaneous power in periodic function space and the theory of power balance, an expanded power balance method is proposed. Meanwhile, a weighting factor is led in the control algorithm; taking the weighted quadratic as objective function the compensation angle of TCR is calculated to achieve the aim of controlling harmonics injected into power network within the reactive power compensation range of fundamental component. Finally, the simulation with single-machine infinite bus system is performed. Simulation results show that the proposed method can bring the reactive power compensation of fundamental component and harmonic suppression into a unified index, and the harmonic content injected into power network during the compensation of asymmetric laod by SVC can be effectively suppressed.
