利用有限元分析技术和SESAM软件,以中海油研究总院与中国船舶海洋工程设计研究院联合设计的FLNG为研究对象,建立了FLNG有限元模型、质量模型及水动力模型;针对压载、满载及75%装载工况,开展了FLNG波浪载荷长期预报,获取了极端海况条件设计波参数;利用Deep C软件开展耦合分析,获得了FLNG系泊系统单点载荷;考虑静水、波浪诱导载荷及系泊单点载荷联合作用,研究了FLNG弯扭结构强度。研究表明:FLNG结构刚度较高,在百年一遇海况下结构变形控制在较理想范围内,货舱区域应力水平较低;单点载荷对整船变形及装置货舱段结构强度影响较小;货舱围护系统在整船弯扭变形中较为安全。
Based on the finite element analysis methodology and SESAM software, the finite element model, mass model and hydrodynamic model of the FLNG designed by CNOOC Research Institute and Marine De- sign & Research Institute of China were established. For ballast, full load and 75% load scenarios, the long term predictions of wave loads were performed through the coupling analysis. Meanwhile, the design wave parameters were acquired under the extreme sea conditions. Bending-torsional strength of the FLNG vessel was investigated, considering the still water and wave-induced loads with single point mooring loads simultaneously. It is concluded that the structural rigidity of FLNG is satisfying and strain level of cargo area is within the safety range under the 100-year wave condition. The deformation of the global hull and structural strength of the cargo hold are less affected by single point loads. The security of the cargo con- tainment system under bending-torsional deformation of global hull can be guaranteed.
