研究了鳖扁蜡蝉属Cixiopsis Matsumura长翅型雌虫的形态和分子特征。通过和该属的模式种,即鳖扁蜡蝉Cixiopsis punctatus Matsumura, 1900短翅型的形态比较,发现该长翅型雌虫在形态学方面存在某些差异。为了明确该长翅型雌虫的归属,还测定了该长翅型雌虫和鳖扁蜡蝉短翅型的COI序列,结果显示所有供试标本的遗传距离在0到0.0228之间,长翅型雌虫与所选的5头短翅型已知种之间的平均遗传距离为0.0161,表明该长翅型个体与所选的短翅型个体属于同一物种。研究标本来自西北农林科技大学昆虫博物馆馆藏标本。
The macropterous individual of Cixiopsis punctatus Matsumura is recognized based on morphological comparison and the mitochondrial COI gene sequences.The pairwise distances among the specimens examined ranged from 0 to 0.0228.Mean distance between macropterous female(Cixiopsis sp.) and 5 brachypterous specimens of Cixiopsis punctatus is 0.0161,which was close enough to consider the macropterous female and brachypterous specimens to be the same species.The external morphology of macropterous female of Cixiopsis punctatus is firstly illustrated and described.
