在玻碳电极上,通过电聚合方式修饰聚多巴胺,基于静电作用与透明质酸形成复合膜界面,利用活性氧H2O2对透明质酸的降解作用和电化学阻抗检测技术,实现对H2O2的检测。结果表明,在0.01 mol/L PBS(pH 7.0)介质中,加入H2O2作用30~40 min,此传感器可成功用于对H2O2的检测,线性范围为1.0×10^-5~4.0×10^-4mol/L,检出限为2.0×10^-6mol/L。此电化学传感器具有灵敏、廉价、良好的稳定性和重现性等优点,建立了一种活性氧检测方法。
A novel poly dopamine-hyaluronic acid(PDA-HA) electrochemical sensor was successfully constructed based on electrostatic interactions.The sensor interface composite membrane was characterized by SEM,cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance method and QCM.Electrochemical impedance method was used to detect the quantitatively hydrogen peroxide based on the degradation processes of between hyaluronic acid and hydrogen peroxide.The results showed that the proposed biosensor was sensitive to hydrogen peroxide with linear range spans in 0.01 mol/L PBS(pH 7.0) medium with reaction time 30-40 min.The linear range was from 1.0×10^-5 mol/L to 4.0 ×10^-4 mol/L with a detection limit of 2.0×106 mol/L(S/N=3) for hydrogen peroxide.The electrochemical sensor showed advantages of high sensitivity,simple,satisfactory stability and reproducibility.
