目的：研究SA-l型大孔吸附树脂吸附提取番石榴叶总皂苷的工艺条件及参数。方法：以番石榴叶总皂苷为考察指标，研究树脂吸附容量、洗脱溶媒及其用量等工艺条件。结果：通过SA-1型大孔树脂吸附后，先经3倍BV（床体积）水洗，再以800ml／L乙醇为洗脱溶媒。4倍BV洗脱效果最佳，总皂苷纯度可达55．3％。结论：此法能较好地分离纯化番石榴叶总皂苷，是简便、可行的提取方法。

英文摘要：

Objective：To study the technological parameters of purification of Psidium Guajava L. with SA-1 macroreticular resin. Methods：The absorptive capacity, elution dissolvant and its volume were studied through a lot of experiments using the content of total saponins of Psidium Guajava L. as index. Results： It was firstly washed with 3 times of bed volume （BV） of distilled Water, then eluted with 4 BV of 800 ml/L ethanol after macroreticular resin absorbing. The effect of elution with 4 BV of dissolvent was the most, and the purity of total saponins of Psidium Guajava L. was up to 55.3%. Conclusion：This method is feasible and simple, and it can be used for absorbing and purifying the total saponins of Psidium Guajaoa L..
