血管内皮细胞及内皮祖细胞增殖、迁移是促进血管内皮损伤修复及有益再生,防治动脉粥样硬化等血管损伤性疾病的重要因素。近年来大量研究证明,分化抑制因子1(Id1)、转录因子E2-2在血管内皮细胞及内皮祖细胞增殖、迁移调控过程中起重要作用,共同参与血管内皮损伤修复,但机制尚不完全清楚。深入探讨Id1及E2-2对以上功能调控的分子机制将为促进血管内皮有益再生提供重要科学依据。
The proliferation and migration of vascular endothelial cells and endothelial progenitor cells play an important role in repair of injured endothelium and prevent vascular injury diseases ,such as athero-sclerosis.Recently,a large amount of studies found the significant effects of inhibitor of cell differentiation-1 (Id1) and transcription factor E2-2 on the proliferation and migration of these cells.However,the mecha-nisms are not fully understood.Further exploring the mechanisms about how Id1 and E2-2 regulate the func-tions of endothelial progenitor cells will provide important scientific basis for reendothelialization .
