基于广西壮族自治区14个地级市农业转移人口就近城镇化意愿的问卷调查数据,以就业质量为研究视角,采用结构方程模型对比分析了西部地区农业转移人口就近城镇化意愿的代际差异及其主要影响因素。研究结果表明,就业质量对西部地区农业转移人口就近城镇化意愿影响显著,且存在一定程度上的代际差异,新生代农业转移人口的就近城镇化意愿受就业质量的影响作用相对明显。第一代农业转移人口更容易受到工作时长、工资收入水平、职业技能培训的影响,新生代农业转移人口更注重其职业发展机会和社会保险健全程度。城市住房成本、基本公共服务和社会关系网络也是两代农业转移人口就近城镇化关注的重点。
Based on the perspective of employment quality, and the survey data from the Willingness of agricultural transfer population near town urbanization in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region of 14 prefecture-level cities, using structural equation modeling comparative analysis of the intergenerational transfer of population differences in the western region near the town of agriculture and its willingness the main factor of influence. The results showed that the impact of the quality of employment in the western region agricultural work near the town of willingness significantly, and there are generational differences to some extent, the new generation of agricultural work in the near town of willingness by the influence of the quality of employment is relatively obvious. The first generation of agricultural work more susceptible to long working hours, wage income, the impact of vocational skills training, the new generation of agricultural work to pay more attention to their career development opporttmities and improve the social security level. Urban housing costs and basic public services and social networks are also two generations when agricultural work near the town of focus.
