以橡胶沥青为研究对象,将TOR橡胶沥青、道路石油沥青与其作试验对比。根据试验结果,研究了沥青在组合条件下各项性能所呈现出的线性特征,提出将短期老化(TFOT)、长期老化(PAV)、紫外光(UV)、水(WATER)等4种条件从组合中单独分离的思想。为定量分析沥青老化特性,将性能变化值与未老化指标值作"比"运算以量化表征衰变程度,并提出基于橡胶沥青的"相对影响因子",从低温、高温、抗疲劳开裂3个角度对橡胶沥青的老化特性进行综合评价。
In this paper, rubber asphalt is regarded as a research objective, which is compared with TOR rubber asphalt and road petroleum asphalt. According to the results, the properties of the asphalt in the combinational conditions present linear characteristics. Thereinafter an idea is proposed that separates the four conditions--short-term aging (TFOT), long-term aging (PAV), ultraviolet (UV), water (WATER) from the combination. In order to quantitatively analyze the aging characteristics of asphalt, divide the value of performance variation by the non-ageing index value to quantify and characterize the degree of decay, and come up with "relative impact factor ", which is based on rubber asphalt value. The rubber-asphalt ageing characteristics are evaluated from three aspects: low temperature, high temperature, and anti-fatigue cracking.
