为了探讨ZBTB-38基因在胚胎发育时期脊髓中的表达及其在脊髓结构中的表达定位,取幼鼠发育5天,10天,15天,20天,25天(P5,P10,P15,P20,P25)的脊髓,利用免疫组织化学SABC和RT-PCR法,对脊髓中ZBTB-38基因的表达进行检测.结果显示:幼鼠脊髓发育过程中,ZBTB-38阳性表达主要分布在灰质前角,并且随着发育的不同时期表达呈一定的动态变化,在P5时开始上升,P15达到高峰,随后维持在一定的生理水平.
To explore the correlation of ZBTB-38 gene and different time of development in young mouse,spinal cord of young mouse were collected at 1 (P5,P10,P15,P20,P25) days after the birth.Immunohistochemistry,semi-quantitative RT-PCR and electrophoresis technology were used to explore the expression of ZBTB-38 after the spinal cord development in young KM mouse.The results were shown as follows:In the spinal cord development of young mouse,the expression of ZBTB-38 mainly distributed in the anterior horn of gray matter,and the expression of ZBTB-38 is higher in ventral horn with the dynamic changes that started to rise at P5 and continued to increased until P15,then maintain physiological level.
