基于高光谱数据的森林病虫害监测系统,是在构建不同森林病虫害高光谱预测模型的基础上增加数据库管理系统和信息评估与发布系统,实现不同类型森林病虫害的模拟试验与分析评价,从而辅助用户进行森林病虫害诊断评估与管理决策.该项研究充分利用软构件的语言无关性、可重用性、简便快捷的系统维护机制等特点,基于森林病虫害高光谱预测模型(以松树松萎蔫病为例),应用组件式GIS技术,采用C#语言在Microsoft Visual Studio 2010集成开发环境中编码设计,使用ArcGIS Engine 10.0的GIS组件、ENVI 5.0与IDL 8.1的二次开发平台,研制建成了一个具有较强普适性、准确性和易操作性的综合性与构件化的森林病虫害监测系统,可实现不同条件下森林病虫害发生发展动态的高光谱模拟预测,从而进行森林病虫害实时诊断预测,并生成适宜的管理信息方案.
The hyperspectral-data-based forest insect and disease monitoring system was developed on hyperspectral data prediction models on forest insects and diseases, which plus database management system and information evaluation and releasing system can simulate and analyze different kinds of forest insects and diseases. In this study, a forest insect and disease monitoring system was developed by taking full advantage of the characteristics of language independence, reusabili- ty and the convenient system maintenance mechanism. The system programed in C# with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 was based on a pine wilt disease prediction model and applies the geographical information system (G/S) component of ArcGIS Engine 10.0 and second development interface of ENVI 5.0 and IDL 8.1. It was characterized by universality, accuracy and convenience. The system can be used to simulate and predict the development of forest pests and diseases under various conditions. The real-time diagnosis can thus be conducted and suitable management strategies will be formed.
