以梧桐枯叶为原料,磷酸为活化剂制备活性炭.研究了不同浸渍比,活化温度,活化时间对活性炭的孔结构和表面化学性质的影响.活性炭的比表面积和孔结构,通过比表面积和孔结构分析仪进行分析;pHpzc采用酸碱电位滴定法测定.结果表明,浸渍比、活化温度、活化时间对孔结构的形成和发展有重要影响.在浸渍比3.0,活化温度450℃,活化时间2.5h条件下所制备的活性炭,具有最高的碘吸附值和亚甲基蓝吸附值,分别为910mg/g,140mg/g,比表面积和总孔容积能够达到1 080.722m2/g和0.905cm3/g.该活性炭制备方法为梧桐枯叶的处理和综合利用找到了新的途径.
The activated carbons from Phoenix Tree Leaves were prepared by chemical activation with phosphoric acid. The influence of impregnation ratio, activation temperature and activation time on the pore structure and surface chemical properities of the prepared activated carbon were investigated. The surface area and pore structure parameters were determined by the surface area and porosity analyzer, and the pHpzc was tested by acid - base potentiometric titration method. The results showed that the impregnation ratio, activation temperature and activation time played important roles on the formation and evolution of the pore structures. The activated carbon which had the highest iodine and methylene blue numbers were obtained udner the conditions as follows: 3:1 (w/w) phosphoric acid to phoenix tree leaves, 450℃ activation temperature and 2.5h activation time. The surface area and total pore volume of the activated carbon were 1 080.722m2/g and 0.905cm3/g, respectively. The methylene blue number and iodine number were 140 and 910 mg/g, respectively. It is showed that the prepatation of activated carbon is a new way for Phoenix Tree leaves comprehensive utilization.
