目的探讨PBL教学法在儿科临床实践阶段的应用。方法将在我院2013~2015年进行临床实践的新疆医科大学、石河子医科大学临床医学五年制学生随机分为研究组及对照组,各25例。在儿科实习阶段,研究组采用PBL教学,对照组采用传统的实习教学方式。对学生的学习表现及出科成绩评分,采用t检验及描述性统计方法对结果进行分析。结果两组实习生的儿科出科理论考试差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),研究组成绩优于对照组。教师对学生PBL学习表现评分的结果显示,学生的综合能力有所提高。结论在儿科实践阶段中应用PBL教学,有利于提高学生分析归纳能力、自我解决问题能力;同时也能培养学生的沟通能力,提高教学质量。
Objective Discussion on the application of PBL in clinical practice of pediatrics. Methods Selected 50 undergraduates from 2013 to 2015 in xinjiang medical university, shihezi medical university were randomly divided into research group and contrast group, each group had 25 cases, the study group adopt the PBL, the control group adopt the conventional practice teaching method in practice of department of pediatrics, grading the grades and study manifestation of students, analyzed the result by t test and descruotuve statu statistical method. Results There were significant differences between the two groups of theoretical examination in pediatrics intern(P〈0.01). The research group was better than the control group.The results show that the students' comprehensive ability of the students was significantly improved. Conclusion Application of PBL teaching in pediatric practice is conducive to improving students' ability to analyze and sum up their problems, and to cultivate students' ability to communicate and improve teaching quality.
