德国被动房极大地降低了建筑总体能耗,其冬季供暖能耗仅为普通建筑的10%,为我国节能建筑发展提供了有益的借鉴。首先简要归纳被动房的技术特点和适用性;然后以“2014被动房奖”获奖作品为例(2015年未曾评选),分析其设计理念、设计逻辑和技术措施,提出设计和建造满足被动房标准的建筑并不意味着放弃建筑美学,反而可以促进建筑设计回归理性,为建筑形式、材料、技术的创新提供理性的依据;最后总结被动房对我国建筑节能实践的启示。
Passivhaus in Germany consumes 90% less heating energy than conventional houses, reducing building energy consumption significantly and providing beneficial lessons to the development of China' s energy-saving buildings. This article summarizes the technical feature and applicability of Passivhaus, and analyzes the design concept, design strategies and technical measures of the winning works of 2014 Passive House Award. The study shows that designing and constructing buildings in accordance with Passivehaus standard does not mean to sacrifice aesthetics. On the contrary, it could promote architectural design in terms of returning to rationality and providing clue for the innovation of form, material and technical system. It finally refers to the inspirations from Passivbaus for the practice of energy-saving buildings in China.
