全电调节无级变速器(EM-CVT)采用单电机作为动力源,通过控制电机转角实现速比调节。从提高EM-CVT速比控制系统稳定性和控制精度出发,设计了粒子群优化模糊PID速比控制策略;建立模糊PID速比控制器的模型,引入粒子群优化算法优化模糊PID控制器中的因子,实现速比控制系统的优化。仿真结果表明,采用粒子群优化模糊PID控制系统,可以提高系统的控制精度,改善速比跟踪性能。
The speed ratio of EM - CVT can be adjusted by controlling the motor angle and the power source of speed ratio change is provided by a single motor. The control strategy based on Fuzzy -PID is pro- posed to improve the control precision of speed ratio control system and the fuzzy - PID is optimized by PSO algorithm. The Fuzzy PID speed ratio controller model is set up, whose parameter factors are optimized by the PSO algorithm to realize the optimization of the speed ratio control system. The simulation is carried out and the results show that the Fuzzy - PID controller optimized by PSO algorithm can improve the control precision of system and the performance of the speed ratio tracking performance.
