现有压电换能器换能效率与强度均较低,不适用于路面能量的收集。结合换能器的压电特性和路面结构特点,提出了叠层弓形桥式结构。结合ABAQUS有限元分析和MTS室内实验,对叠层弓形桥式换能器的应力、电压进行了分析,获得了换能器在荷载作用下的应力分布规律。结果表明,换能器在荷载作用下可达到150V的电压值,产压效率较好;在1 MPa左右的荷载作用下发生破坏,具有更高的破坏强度。叠层弓形桥式压电换能器更适用于路面能量收集。
The existing piezoelectric transducer has low energy conversion efficiency and compression strength,thus can't be used in the pavement.Combined with the structural characteristics of pavement and piezoelectric traits,this article introduces a new piezoelectric transducer structure,i.e.the multilayer arcuate bridge structure.Analysises of the stress and voltage of the multilayer arcuate bridge transducer have been carried out combining ABAQUS finite element analysis and MTS indoor experiment.The stress distribution regularity of the transducer under load is obtianed.It has been found that the transducer has a higher voltage value of 150 Vunder load the deformation and failure occur under the load of 1 MPa.The results show that the multilayer arcuate bridge structure is more suitable for energy harvesting in the pavement.
