目的:探讨院外延续管理对急性淋巴细胞维持期白血病患儿生存质量的影响。方法:按相等对匹配的原则将在枣庄市5家二级以上综合医院治疗的急性淋巴细胞维持期白血病患儿52例分为干预组和对照组各26例,干预组在常规出院指导的基础上实施院外延续管理;对照组实施常规出院指导。出院1年后,采用生存质量量表(QLQ-C30)调查两组患儿生存质量。结果:出院1年后,干预组整体健康水平及生存质量、PF、RF、EF、CF和SF得分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);FA、NV、PA、呼吸困难、失眠、食欲不振、便秘、腹泻症状较对照组明显减轻(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论:院外延续管理对急性淋巴细胞维持期白血病患儿提高生存质量有积极作用。
Objective: To explore the effect of the extended management outside hospital on quality of life in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia during maintenance treatment. Methods: 52 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia during maintenance treatment( in5 general hospitals at or above grade II level in Zaozhuang city) were divided into the intervention group and the control group( 26 cases in each group). The extended management outside hospital was additionally provided for the children after discharge and the children in the control group were given conventional discharge guidance. QLQ- C30 was used to evaluate the quality of life of the children in the two groups one year after discharge. Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the overall health conditions and quality of life of the children,the scores of PF,RF,EF,CF and SF between the two groups( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01); FA,NV,PA and symptoms like difficulty in breathing,insomnia,loss of appetite,constipation and diarrhea were evidently relieved in the intervention group,compared with those in the control group( P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). Conclusion: The extended management outside hospital has a positive effect to improve the quality of life of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia during maintenance treatment.
