The manufacturing industries focus their at tentions on how to dig potential productive ability and en hance competitive ability. Taking an electric company's Lean production line as the research object, this paper makes the manufacture process standardization by use of program anal ysis and measures the standard time using stopwatch, and gets the bottleneck operation. Then through the Two Hand operation analysis and motion analysis of the bottle neck operation, there is an evident increase in line balance rate.
