五味是中医基础理论之一,是医家在长期实践过程中,以脏腑经络理论为基础,用五行学说总结归纳而成的。药物的五味是通过长期的用药实践所获得的疗效而确定的。它不仅是药物味道的真实反映,也是药物作用的高度概括。每一个药方的配伍都讲究药物的五味性质。中药具有五种药味,每种药味都有其独特的作用,且以五味复合配伍,曲尽其临床变化。如酸与甘合则滋阴;酸与苦合则泄热;辛与甘合能温阳;辛与苦合能通降,所以通过加减化裁,灵活应用,治疗多种内伤杂病,常获良效。痹证,是因风、寒、湿、热等外邪侵袭人体,闭阻经络而导致气血运行不畅的病证。文章将从五味理论浅谈痹证辨证治疗,以期指导临床。
Five flavors theory which is one of basic theories in TCM,is summarized according to Five-element Theory,in the long-term process of practice,based on Viscera-Meridian Doctrine.The five flavors of Chinese medicine are determined by long-term medicine practice.It is not only a true reflector of medicine tastes,but also the high generalization of effect.The compatibility of each prescription attends the characteristics of five flavors.Every flavour has its specific effect and when constructed,they will play greater role on clinical application.For example,sour acting with sweet can nourish yin;sour acting with bitter can clean out the interior heat;acrid acting with sweet can warm yang;acrid acting with bitter can be downward transportation.So by addition,subtraction or modification and witty application,there always could got good effects on some internal diseases.Bi-Syndrome is almost due to blockage of Qi and blood by wind-cold-damp-heat pathogen.The text will have a brief discussion on the treatment of Bi-Syndrome from five flavors,hoping to better guide clinic.
