英文摘要：

A hybrid muhi -criteria multi -level group decision - making model considering the weights of decision makers with re- spect to each criteria was developed for books supplier selection which is usually made by muhiple experts according to multiple crite- ria. At first, the rankings of the alternatives for the group under quantitative criteria were derived from the digital evaluation by linear weighted sum method. Then, the ones under qualitative criteria were calculated by the technique for order preference by similarity to group ideal solution （TOPSGIS）. At last, the final ranking of the alternatives for the group were obtained by TOPSGIS again after the criteria weights were considered. The method was illustrated by an example. This proposed method combines qualitative and quantita- tive analysis to deal with both cardinal and ordinal data and multi - level indexes, and it provides group decision - making methodology for books supplier selection and thus can improve its seientificity and validity.
