针对引滦入津隧洞运行多年后结构腐蚀破坏、衬砌劣化的现象,研究隧洞结构系统的非线性动态可靠性,对结构剩余安全寿命进行评估.运用引滦入津隧洞安全监测系统,对衬砌的混凝土强度和钢筋强度进行检测,建立了适用于隧洞工程的超声回弹综合法专用测强曲线,获取无损检测结果后进行三维有限元数值模拟计算,在充分考虑抗力随时间衰减的基础上,综合结构系统非线性动态可靠性原理和定量安全评估方法,实现对隧洞结构的安全寿命评估与风险控制功能,为工程结构的维护管理与综合整治提供了科学依据该研究可应用于隧洞结构运行阶段安全维护与风险防控全过程.
To address the issues of corrosion damage and lining deterioration caused by long-term operation of Luan River to Tianjin water delivery tunnel, the nonlinear dynamic reliability of the funnel structure system was investigated and the remaining safety life was assessed. The concrete and steel strength of linings were measured using the safety monitoring system of Luan River to Tianjin water delivery tunnel. The project-specific curves of ultrasonicrebound combined method suitable for the tunnel project were established to obtain non-destructive test results. According to the three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation, taking full account of resistance to decay over time, tunnel structure safety life assessment and risk control were conducted based on the structural system nonlinear dynamic reliability theory and quantitative safety assessment method. The present work provides a scientific reference for the maintenance, management, and comprehensive governance of engineering structures, which can be applied to the entire operational process of the security maintenance and risk control of the tunnel structure.
