＂Otuo＂ is an unique title system in the Hurls community, but its semantics needs to determine still. In his Shuangxizuiyinji Yelii Zhu interpreted it as ＂tent＂, which means has a close relationship with prairie safari systerm More importantly, the nomadic tribe feudal regime which ruled the northern nomadic community is a rarely talked subject. In solving the ＂Otuo＂ question, it is found that ＂subdivision door＂ has another political connotation.
