梨园水电站进水口约1/2边坡为冰水堆积体边坡,堆积体分布范围广、埋藏深、规模大,成因复杂,结构分布极其不规则,其开挖钻爆施工难度大,技术要求高。通过系统试验与分析,获得了冰水堆积体颗粒物组成和物理力学特性,确定了钻孔设备类型、合理梯段高度及钻爆参数,并初步总结得到了冰水堆积体爆破性分级,解决了冰水堆积体钻爆开挖难题,加快了施工进度,节约了施工成本。
There is about 1/2 slope as the outwash deposit slope accumulation body in Liyuan Hydropower Station. The outwash deposit is difficult for excavation and drill-and-blast, due to its large-seale, complex causes, and the extremely irregular distribution structure. After the systematic test and analysis, the composition and physical-mechanical properties of the outwash deposits particles were learnt and a further study about the drilling equipment selection, reasonable step height and drill-and-blast parameters was taken, and the blasting classification of outwash deposits was preliminary summarized, thus the difficulties of excavation and drill-and-blast of outwash deposits had been solved. Therefore, it had help to speed up the construction schedule and cut down the construction cost.
