在金属板材上,沿与板材压制方向成θ角的方向取拉伸试样Sθ,试样Sθ的力学性质与材料微结构系数和θ角有关。研究了板材力学性质随θ角的变化规律,利用试样Sθ的弹性模量与材料微结构系数的关系式,通过拉伸试验,测量了试样Sθ的微结构系数,并将所测结果与X射线衍射仪测量的结果进行比较,两种方法测量的结果基本一致。
Taking a tensile specimen Sθ in the sheet along the direction θ with respect to the rolling direction,the elastic properties of the specimen are related to angle θ and the microstructure coefficients.By the relations among elastic modules,the microstructure coefficients and angle θ of the tensile specimen Sθ,we obtain the microstructure coefficients of the sheet by tensile tests.We also compare the microstructure coefficients of the sheet by tensile tests with those by X-ray diffraction.
