采用水泥作为固化剂对锌污染高岭土进行固化/稳定处理,采用TCLP淋滤试验对固化后养护7和28天的人工锌污染土的化学淋滤特性进行了研究。结果表明,当初始Zn^2+抖浓度达到某一临界值之前,浸出液pH保持在10-12之间,超过临界浓度后,浸出液pH迅速下降至8以下;EC值随初始Zn^2+浓度变化同样存在临界值,超过这一临界值后,浸出液的EC值迅速上升至7.8mS/cm以上;浸出液pH值随初始Zn^2+浓度不同分布在6.7—11.6的范围内;在这一范围内,Ca^2+和Zn^2+浓度随pH值升高而降低;浸出液中,由水泥固化土中淋滤出的Ca^2+与Zn^2+为淋滤液中的主要离子成分。
This paper presents a study of Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) leaching characteristics of ce- ment-based solidified/stabilized zinc contaminated kaolin. Zinc contaminated soils used in the test were artificially prepared with varying initial Zn^2+ concentration, the cement content and the curing time. Results indicate that the pH of leachate remained stable between 10 and 12 before initial Zn^2+ concentration reached a threshold. When the initial Zn^2+ concentration exceeded this threshold, the pH value of leachate declined sharply below 8. There is also a threshold of initial Zn^2+ concentration for the EC value. When the initial Zn^2+ concentration exceeded this threshold, EC of leachate rose sharply above 7.8 mS/cm. The pH of leachate changed with initial Zn^2+ concentration and ranged from 6.7 to 11.6. Within this range, the concentration of Ca^2+ and Zn^2+ decreased with the increase in pH of leachate. Ca^2+ and Zn^2+ ions were dominant in the leachate.
