文章提出了基于振动测试和动力特性推算的振动评估方法,探讨了船舶振动治理中无法进行强迫振动响应计算时所可采用的有效措施。针对典型有害局部振动问题,通过振动测试和三维有限元计算,找出主要的激励源,进而提出了合理的减振措施;基于文中提出的响应推算方法对不满足频率储备要求的减振措施进行评估,响应预报结果满足振动衡准,使该船得以顺利交船。在减振措施及效果评估方面取得了有益的经验,并对今后的船舶减振设计提出了建议。
The diagnosis and comprehensive approach taken in reducing harmful vibration that not satisfy the frequency reservation are presented. The main excitation source can be identified through vibration testing and finite element analysis. Some effective and optimal treatments are proposed, such as reinforcing the platform with the pillar and box-girder, etc. In case that the reinforced structure does not satisfy the frequency reservation and the excitation force, damping rate and the boundary condition are unknown, it presents an evaluation method of vibration level based on the measured data and calculation of Amplitude-Frequency Characteristics, and computation results after modifications show remarkable improvements of vibration, finally, the ship was delivered to owner successfully. Also it gains beneficial experiences and suggestions for future vibration reduction design of ship.
