磁共振扩散加权成像(OWI)是一种从分子及细胞水平研究活体组织病理生理状态的新技术。目前,临床工作中最常用的是传统单指数模型DWI,但其所测得的表观扩散系数(ADC)值无法区分组织的灌注和弥散;而基于体素内不相干运动(IVIM)的DWI成像则可分别量化组织的水分子扩散运动和血流微循环灌注,在鉴别良恶性病变等方面具有非常重要的价值,受到广大临床学者的关注。
Magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) is a new technology of living tissue pathological physiology on molecular and cellular level. At present, the traditional single index model DWI is the most commonly used in clinical, but the apparent diffusion coefficient( ADC ) values measured by the tra- ditional single index model can't distinguish between perfusion and dispersion of the tissue. And DWI imaging based on intra-voxel incoherent motion (IVIM) can quantify the diffusion movement of water molecules and the blood flow of microcirculation perfusion of the tissue respectively,which is very important in the identification of benign and malignant lesions, drawing wide attention from the general clinical researchers.
