For the linear push - broom satellite imagery, this paper builds a projection track epipolar model with RFM. Meanwhile, the authors quantitatively analyze the application quality of epiploar curve, including straight line fitting quality and parallel quality based on the two typical remote sensing image data. The experimental results show that the epipolarity for linear array satellite images can be regarded as a straight line within the image frame, which lays the foundation for the generation of epipolar images based on the projection track epipolar model.
