目的:探讨金匮肾气丸联合胰激肽原酶治疗弱精子症的疗效及可能机制。方法:将75例弱精子症患者随机分成对照组(35例)和治疗组(40例),对照组口服Vit E胶囊,治疗组服用胰激肽原酶、金匮肾气丸;分别在治疗前和治疗3个月后检测精液量、精子浓度、前向运动精子比率、精浆超氧化物歧化酶,并观察配偶妊娠情况。结果:对照组治疗前、后的精液量为(3.15±1.13)m L、(3.68±1.24)m L,前向运动精子活动率为(26.54±4.52)%、(31.56±5.46)%,精浆SOD为(98.73±13.81)μmol/m L、(152.07±28.65)μmol/m L,组内差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗组治疗前、后的精液量为(3.02±0.95)m L、(4.25±1.53)m L,精子浓度为(20.59±2.86)×10^6/m L、(28.97±4.25)×10^6/m L,前向运动精子活动率为(25.58±4.36)%、(48.76±9.38)%,精浆SOD为(102.95±12.74)μmol/m L、(203.43±37.86)μmol/m L,组内差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);且治疗组的改善程度优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸联合胰激肽原酶能显著改善弱精子症患者的精液活动率和精浆SOD,其作用机制可能是通过降低生精环境中的氧化应激损伤,改善精子活动率。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of Jinkui Shenqi and kallidinogenase in treatingasthenospermia patients and its possible mechanism.MethodsAccording to the inclusion criteria, 75 patients with asthenospermia were randomly divided into control group(35 cases) and treatment group(40cases). The control group was treated with oral vitamin E capsules, 100 mg, 2 times/day, while the treatmentgroup took both taking 120 u kallidinogenase, 3 times/day and Jinkui Shenqi Pill, 5 g per time, 2 times/day. Inboth groups, sperm concentration and superoxide dismutase were detected before and after three months oftreatment respectively. And the pregnant women were observed.ResultsIn the control group, before and aftertreatment, the semen volumes were(3.15 ± 1.13) m L vs(3.68 ± 1.24) m L, activity ratio of prorsad spermatozoa(26.54 ± 4.52) % vs(31.56 ± 5.46)%, seminal SOD(98.73 ± 13.81) μ mol/m L vs(152.07 ± 28.65) μ mol/m L. It hadstatistical difference between the group(P〈0.05). In the treatment group, before and after treatment, the semenvolumes were(3.02±0.95) m L vs(4.25±1.53) m L, sperm concentrations(20.59±2.86)×10^6/m L vs(28.97±4.25)×10^6/m L, sperm forward movement ratio(25.58±4.36) % vs(48.76±9.38) %, seminal SOD(102.95±12.74) μmol/ml vs(203.43 ± 37.86) μ mol/m L. It had statistical difference between the groups(P〈0.05). Besides, it wasobviously ameliorated compared to the control group(P〈0.05).ConclusionJinkui Shenqi Pill combinedwith kallidinogenase can obviously improve sperm activity rate and increase SOD in seminal plasma ofasthenospermia patients. Its mechanism may involve reducing the oxidative stress injury in the environment ofthe sperm, and improving sperm motility.
