采用实验组和对照组前后测设计,在校园里招募30名大学生,组成团体.采用“认知-行为”疗法、角色扮演、心理剧等技术对团体成员进行3个月的团体辅导.实践研究表明,大学生的积极人格是可以培养的,团体活动是一种有效的方式,多种疗法的运用能增加团体活动的成效.大学生积极人格的培养,可以通过调整认知、增加积极体验、学习应对技巧等方式进行.
Using the experimental group and the control group before and after the design, thirty college students are recruited in groups in the campus taking cognitive behavior therapy, role play, psychological drama and other technical groups for 3 months of group counseling. Practice study shows that the positive personality of college students can cultivate and group activities is an effective way. The use of a variety of treatments can increase the effectiveness of group activities. The cultivation of college students' positive personal-ity can be increased by adjusting the cognition, positive experience and learning coping skills.
