针对动态多项目多任务选择计划资源配置问题,结合实际环境中多项目管理的突发因素及项目权值动态调整的需求,探讨动态环境下多项目选择计划的数学规划模型;进而,依据体液免疫应答所蕴含的免疫进化机理和遗传学中的基因变异规则,设计改进型免疫遗传算法,寻求资源尽可能充分利用且分配均衡的决策方案。比较性的数值实验显示,该算法在优化效果方面明显优于基于优先规则的启发式算法。结果表明,已获模型是合理的,设计的算法是有效的。
For the resource-allocation problem of dynamic multi-project and multi-task selection planning, it investigates a dynamic multi-project selection planning mathematical programming model related to the factors of emergence and dynamic project weight adjustment appeared in actual multi-project management. Such model is solved by an improved immune genetic algorithm based on the im- mune evolutionary mechanism of the immune response and the rule of genetic variation;The purpose is to seek a decision-making scheme which can ensure the limited resource rational and sufficient utilization. Comparatively numerical experiments show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the priority rule-based heuristic algorithms with respect to the optimized quality. The results illustrate that the model is rational and the algorithm is available.
