短指软珊瑚（Sinularia）是分布最广的软珊瑚之一,是国际海洋天然产物的研究热点之一,许多结构新颖,有强烈生物活性的化合物均由这一属的软珊瑚中发现。本文综述了短指软珊瑚的化学成分和生物活性的研究进展,并在此基础上对海洋天然产物的发展进行了展望。

英文摘要：

Soft coral of genus Sinularia is one of the most widespread soft corals.It is a rich source of bioactive substances with intriguing and unique structural features.The present paper reviews the latest progress in the chemistry and bioactivities of secondary metabolites from soft coal Sinularia.On basis,a perspective on the marine natural products is made.
