Based on the previous integrated enterprise information on the evaluation of research results, this paper presents a set of evaluation index system for evaluation upon enterprises＇ carrying out information technology capability, which is more comprehensive and scientific. It also elaborates each meaning of the evaluation index sign in detail, improves AHP method to determine the weights of each indicators, adds weight to get a comprehensive evaluation value according to expert＇s grade point to each index sign, assesses the implementation of this enterprise information capacity levels.
