用水溶液共混法制备出钠化累托石(Na+REC)/海藻酸钠(SA)插层纳米复合膜Na+REC/SA,通过XRD及TEM分析了复合材料的结构及插层机理,系统研究了复合膜的透光性、力学性能、抗紫外老化性、气液阻隔性及热性能。实验结果表明,Na+REC添加量较少时可与SA形成插层型纳米复合膜。Na+REC添加2%时,膜的插层效果及性能最佳,相对sA膜其拉伸强度提高58.7%,断裂伸长率提高100%,40%失重率对应的热分解温度提高了185℃,复合膜经紫外辐射后拉伸强度保持率达89.6%,断裂伸长保持率达到74.9%,且膜有良好的透光性及气液阻隔性。
Intercalated nanocomposite films of sodium alginate (SA) with Na + - modified rectories ( Na + REC) were prepared by water solution processing. The structure and intercalation mechanism were an- alyzed by XRD and TEM. The transmittance, mechanical properties, anti-ultraviolet properties, vapor or liquid barrier property as well as thermal properties were systematically investigated. The results implied the intercalation nano-film can be prepared in low Na + REC content. The intercalation effect and properties could reach the optimal when the Na + REC composites were 2%. The tensile strength, elongation at break for composites of 2% Na+ REC were 58.7% , 100% respectively higher than those of SA film, and its thermo gravimetric temperature of 40% weight lose was 185 ℃ higher than that of SA film. The tensile strength and elongation break of Na+ REC2/SA composite films by untraviolated radiation maintained 89.6% , 74. 9%, respectively, and it possessed excellent light transmittance and the vapor-liquid barrier.
