以实验室筛选的光能营养型细菌SJH-008作为催化细胞构建光动不对称加氢生物催化体系,并对潜手性底物苯乙酮进行不对称加氢反应研究,结果表明,在光照条件下获得产物的ee值和产率分别高达97.6%和90%,除此之外,该催化体系还具有底物适用范围广、不产氧和辅酶原位再生等优点。
Among chiral compounds, enantiomerically pure alcohols are particularly useful as building blocks for the synthesis of natural products ,pharmaceuticals ,and agricultural chemicals. Biotransformation is probably one of the most promising techniques in the asymmetric hydrogenation of acetophenone. A new kinds of asymmetry hydrogenation reactions catalyzed by photosynthetic bacteria and their reaction mechanism have been introduced. The ee% and yield is 97.6% ,90%.
