群体性突发事件是一类人们无法预知的特殊事件,此类事件的爆发对社会系统的良性运行与协调发展会带来负面影响。群体性突发事件有其博弈论上的必然性,而对这类事件进行干预,改变参与人所持有的信息,进而最终能够消除此类事件也具有必然性。日本大地震后中国出现的抢盐风潮,说明公众能否获取正确信息是群体性突发事件发生与否的一个关键因素。
英文摘要：
Group unexpected incidents are a sort of special events which cannot be foreknown,and the occurring of it will affect social system and bring about many negative impacts.According to the frame of game theory,cognitive states of human kind determine their strategic choice,and changing of cognitive states,especially changing of relevant beliefs,will result in changing of information in game,then the outcome of players may differ accordingly,and different strategic choice will occurred.
