以复杂适应系统基本思想及研究假设为基础,从复杂适应系统的角度,分析了产业调整的复杂适应系统特性。从系统主体与特征的角度重新界定产业调整的内涵,将危机性产业衰退国际传导视为系统环境的一类突变条件,阐述产业调整的复杂适应性特征。基于复杂适应系统理论,运用刺激反应模型分析产业系统演进的机理,探讨一类突变条件的产业调整的微观主体行为机制,刻画各产业系统的运行过程,最后分析与主体行为相匹配的产业调整模式。结果发现,自主创新是危机性产业衰退国际传导中的区域产业调整的根本,自组织进化是微观主体对政策调控良性响应的重要保障。

Based on the Complex Adaptive System perspective and assumptions,to study redefine the connotation of regional industrial adjustment based on the subject and characteristics of system,to describes the complex adaptive features of regional industry adjustment in the international conduction of crisis industrial decline.Based on the stimulusresponse mode,to investigate the behavior of micro subjects mechanism of regional industrial adjustment in the international conduction of crisis industrial decline,to describe the selection process of micro subject behavior,to analyze of the adjustment model of regional industry matched with the subject behavior.The results show that independent innovation is the fundamental of regional industry adjustment in the international conduction of crisis industrial decline,and self organization evolution is an important guarantee of the enterprise positive response to policy control.
