英文摘要：

The theory of traditional Chinese medicine physique and spirit was applied to guide the diagnosis and treatment of cancer. The physique can be summarized as the changes of tumor size, routine blood test,liver and kidney function et al, and the spirit can be summarized as the changes of symptoms ,complications and performance status （PS） ,et al. Physique and spirit both can be divided into two parts of the normality and abnormality. In a pathological case, there are more normal physique and less abnormal spirit in the early stage, while in the middle and late stage, the normal physique decreases and abnormal spirit increases. So the goals of treatment are to make physique and spirit return to normal ; make it correlated with each other to achieve a form of absolute unity in the early stage ; while in the late stage, focus on the treatment of abnormal physique ; make it inversely related to the normal physique that only remaining, to achieve a form of relatively uniform （hypothesis） and improve the patients＇ quality of life.
