Disease prevention and control of information system construction in China has made some achievements, but also facing the challenges and opportunities in the development, planning needs from various aspects, clear development ideas. Using business analysis and SWOT analysis method in this article, analysis of disease prevention and control information system in our country construction planning and development. Basic principles of disease prevention and control of information can be summarized as： sensitive information of direct network report; unified collection, distributed use; regular monitoring, classification management code for standards, information sharing. Business logic can be adopted a unified information platform construction, system of physical distribution patterns.
