长洲枢纽现有船闸建成后有力地促进了西江黄金水道的运输能力,但其瓶颈效应也渐显。为缓解其堵航滞航问题,通过分析一线二线船闸的通航现状,基于改进的一次过闸平均吨位计算模式,预测了现有船闸近期(2010—2015年)的通过能力,并针对性地从船闸管理模式、船型标准化和大型化、船舶调度、工程措施等方面提出了提高长洲枢纽现有船闸通过能力的对策和建议。
Changzhou complex and lock have promoted effectively the transport capacity of the Xijiang waterway.However,with the increase of traffic,the existing navigation lock facilities can not meet the traffic demand.In order to ease the congestion and delay of the navigation locks,we analyzed the lock's traffic in recent years,and forecast its capacities from 2010 to 2015 based on a new analytical model for the average lockage tonnage.Some suggestions were put forward to improve the existing lock's capacity,including the lock management mode,standardization and enlargement of vessels,lock scheduling,engineering measurement,etc.
