椭圆度和梨型凸度是UOE焊管产品的重要成型指标,这些质量缺陷直接影响管道的对接与铺设,有时还会产生安全隐患。建立了UOE成型三维有限元模型,采用能够描述包辛格效应的混合硬化模型,模拟板材各工序的变形历程,最终得到UOE焊管的成型质量,并且将仿真结果与实际测量值进行对比,验证了所建三维模型的正确性。在此仿真模型基础上,对扩径工艺进行深入仿真研究,以椭圆度为主的多项指标考察各项工艺参数对管坯质量的影响规律。该项研究结果可以为UOE焊管扩径工艺的制定提供一定的参考。
Elliptieity and pear-shaped convexity is an importanl mohting index of UOE welded tube prod- ucts. These quality defects directly affect pipeline butting and laying, and even lead to potential safety hazards. The UOE molding three-dimensional finite element model was established. The mixing hardening model which can de- scribe the Bausehinger effect was adopted. The deformation histury of the working procedures of sheet material was simulated. Finally, the mohling quality of UOE welded tube was obta the measured value was conducted. The correctness of the establishe basis of the simulation model, further simulation research on expand law of Ihe technological parameters on the tube blank quality was examindexes. The research achievement ean provide a reference for the determination of expanding technology of UOE welded tube.
