How to identify the rural poverty population accurately is the basic work of poverty alleviation, and it also determines the target accurate precision of precise poverty alleviation in funding, measures residency support and poverty alleviation performance. This article analyses national logic and rural dilemrna in the process of accurate identification in Xiji-Haiyuan-Guyuan Region, and presents a series of problems of rural poverty population in the process of accurate identification in the form of case.
