This paper firstly introduces the concept and the structure dimension of sharing leadership, and introduces the social network analytic method of surveying sharing leadership. Then, it pointes out the positive role of sharing leadership to the team achievements and analyzes influencing factor of the development of sharing leadership. Finally, it puts out the questions and direetion that theorists have further paled attention to.
